Shipping
All items are shipped per your order. Shipping fees vary depending upon which type of product, the quantities ordered and the "ship to" destinations. When checking out, you will be able to determine the shipping costs. During certain promotional periods, the shipping costs may be paid by Hammie-Downz®

General Return & Exchange Policy
You may return new, undamaged gift sets, sold directly by Hammie-Downz® within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. If you've already put a name, or written on the custom name label inside the overalls, we cannot accept the return. Customer will be responsibly for the cost of shipping back to Hammie-Downz®. Hammie-Downz® will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Orders that were delivered after 45 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or credit. If any elements in the gift set are missing or damaged, a refund or credit will not be given.

Items Purchased from Other Sellers or Retailers
If you purchased any Hammie-Downz® gift set or products from a retail location, you must return or exchange that item with that specific retailer.
